Will you show me the basics of GA4?
Great question! Short answer: when it comes to reading GA4 reports, yes, I will. When it comes to setting up your GA4 property, no, I won't. You'll need to have your property already installed and receiving data to make the most out of this workshop.
The USING GA4 Workshop is a live, interactive learning + doing container for you to take your Google Analytics property and customize its reports to fit your business. You learn and work live on the call with me, and get your questions answered and tech troubleshot in real time.
Why aren't there bonuses?

I can't make it live. Can I pre-submit questions?
Of course! If you cannot make it live, you’ll receive the recording (with timestamps, transcript and captions) within 48 hours along with all the accompanying materials.
You are welcome to pre-submit questions at least 24 hours in advance and I will incorporate them into the workshop.
I've already set up & optimized my GA4 & I'm already using the reports. How is this different?
If you’re already comfortable with GA4’s reports and being able to find the info you want, this may not be the workshop for you. One thing this workshop does do is simplify and streamline the Explore reports.
If you want to cut down on the clicking and finding, then the Explore reports creation part of this workshop is for you.
What's a KPI?
Oh, technobabble 🤣 KPIs are Key Performance Indicators. Think of them as the numbers you use to tell you if you're on the right path with your business and marketing.
For example, if you're a one-to-one service provider, one KPI might be the number of discovery calls you need to make in order to gain a new client. Knowing you need to make five calls to close a new sale gives you an easy way to know how many calls you need in a month to reach your revenue goal.
For a course creator, a KPI might be the number of views to your sales page before you receive a sale.
What do I need to have ready for this workshop?
One Google Analytics 4 property, installed on your website and/or funnels, and data inside your GA4 property, ready to be read and turned into custom reports. Lots of patience and your favorite beverage of choice while working will help too 😁
Ideally, your GA4 property would be optimized, with your IP address filtered and events and conversions already created. That’s me being overly thorough (I’m like that, for good and ill). If you’d like to optimize your property and filter your IP traffic, the GA4 Basics Workshop is for you!

When you purchase this product, you’re purchasing a spot in the workshop and guaranteed delivery of the recording and all accompanying materials (including any bonuses I add after the live workshop). You won’t receive any of those items beforehand.
Do I need to be techy to do this?
Absolutely not. In fact, I’ve had several techy business colleagues tell me “I like tech, but GA is just different”. In other words, even “being techy” may not be a leg up here 🤣
